Public website legal information
Website Terms
These terms apply only to the ShiftSafe public informational website. They do not activate the authenticated platform or create a customer subscription or platform licence.
Effective date: 31 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of the public website operated by SHIFTSAFE PTY LTD (ACN 700 194 681) (“ShiftSafe”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, a visitor agrees to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the website.
2. Informational website only
The website provides general information about ShiftSafe, its intended capabilities and potential applications. It is not legal, medical, safety, industrial-relations or regulatory advice. It does not guarantee compliance, fatigue prevention, safety outcomes, availability, certification, integration readiness or suitability for a particular organisation.
The self-guided Platform area uses illustrative synthetic information. It is not a live customer system and does not contain Production customer records.
Any commercial engagement, implementation, platform access, service level, price, security commitment or data-processing arrangement requires a separate written agreement approved by ShiftSafe and the relevant customer.
3. Acceptable use
A visitor must not:
- use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to protected routes, systems or data;
- interfere with the website’s security, availability or operation;
- introduce malicious code or conduct automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service;
- misrepresent an affiliation with ShiftSafe; or
- reproduce or exploit website material except as permitted by law or with written permission.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or ShiftSafe.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, ShiftSafe or its licensors own the website content, software, design, branding and related intellectual property. Use of the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to use ShiftSafe names, logos or branding. Rights available under applicable law are not excluded.
The combined figurative ShiftSafe trade mark is accepted and awaiting publication under Australian application 2687355. It is not represented as registered, and no standalone word-mark registration is claimed.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party services or rely on third-party infrastructure. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw public website content or functionality. We do not promise continuous or error-free availability and do not state a contractual uptime or support commitment through these terms.
7. Liability and non-excludable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to those non-excludable rights, the website is provided for general information and visitors are responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for their circumstances.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the ShiftSafe Privacy Policy. The public contact page does not currently collect or transmit enquiry information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts, subject always to any non-excludable rights or jurisdictional protections that apply.
10. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms should be directed to deepan@shiftsafe.com.au.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
